"(13. 25% alcohol; 40% vendange entier; 80% new oak): Bright, full red. Black cherry, licorice and a hint of bitter chocolate on the nose, lifted by violet and fresh herbs. Concentrated, tactile, salty and uncompromising; a powerful, mineral-driven wine with fruit currently in the deep background. Finishes very tight and tannic. Forey's two grand crus will need at least eight years of cellaring." (ST 11/15)
